Message From BROTHERS Regarding COVID-19

Showroom “WILL CALL” – Like all other Auto Parts Suppliers, our Showroom is OPEN for onsite ordering and pick-up. We assure you that Brothers Trucks is doing our part to prevent the spread of the virus while maintaining standard operations by following the recommendations set forth by CDC, state of CA and local governments.

Phone/Website Sales and Shipping – Our Customer Service Team is available by phone and/or email during regular business hours. Our warehouse operation is still up and running, however shipments are taking longer than usual (3-5 days) to process due to a forced reduction in hours/staff in order to comply with California’s mandate. For our international customers, at this time UPS and Fed-Ex have suspended international shipments. The COVID-19 situation is evolving daily but we assure you that Brothers Trucks is doing our part to prevent the spread of the virus. Currently we are doing our best to maintain standard operations while following the recommendations set forth by CDC, state of CA and local governments.  We will continue to monitor all information and keep you notified of any necessary changes.
