Message From BROTHERS Regarding COVID-19

Phone/Website Sales and Shipping – Our Customer Service Team is available by phone and/or email during regular business hours. Our warehouse operation running, however shipments are taking longer than usual (3-5 days) to process due to a forced reduction/separation in hours/staff in compliance with our local guidelines. UPS & FEDEX are also experiencing extended delivery times due to high volumes, so expect deliveries to be delayed by up to 3 additional business days. As of 7/30/2020, most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days of the Order Date.

Showroom “WILL CALL” – Like all other Auto Parts Suppliers, our Showroom is OPEN for onsite ordering and pick-up. We assure you that Brothers Trucks is doing our part to prevent the spread of the virus while maintaining standard operations by following the recommendations set forth by CDC, state of CA and local governments.

The COVID-19 situation is evolving daily but we assure you that Brothers Trucks is doing our part to prevent the spread of the virus while maintaining somewhat standard operations.  We will continue to monitor all information and keep you notified of any necessary changes.
